OPPORTUNITIES
Registration & Guest Flow
Manages guest check-in and movement to create a seamless arrival experience and clear navigation throughout the event.
Themed Rooms
Facilitates engaging, safe, and well-managed experiences within each themed space while monitoring capacity and flow.
Production & Technical
Executes all audio, visual, and technical elements to ensure a polished and seamless event experience.
Parking & Arrival
Coordinates vehicle flow and welcomes guests to ensure an organized, efficient, and positive first impression.
VIP Experience
Delivers a high-touch, premium experience for VIP guests with dedicated service, access, and hospitality.
Security & Safety
Maintains a safe, respectful, and controlled environment for all guests, staff, and performers.
Dinner & Show
Supports seating, transitions, and guest needs during the dining experience to maintain flow and comfort.
Artist Support
Coordinates and supports performers to ensure they are prepared, on schedule, and able to deliver high-quality performances.
Facilities & Operations
Ensures all event spaces remain clean, functional, and well-maintained throughout the event.
