Building a Stronger HEDR: Workshop on the Future Organizational Structure

Facilitated by Kylie Castro, an experienced consultant from MODASE Inc., this workshop will explore various options for the organizational structure of HEDR. Kylie brings a wealth of expertise in organizational development and will guide the discussion in a way that ensures everyone's voice is heard and respected. The workshop will use a combination of individual reflection, small group discussions, and large group dialogue to achieve a shared understanding of the options available and their implications.

The workshop will be structured around three main themes:

1. Understanding the current challenges facing HEDR and how the future structure can address them

2. Exploring different options for the future organizational structure, including their benefits and drawbacks

3. Voting on the future structure of HEDR based on the feedback and consensus reached during the workshop
