HALTON EQUITY DIVERSITY
ROUNDTABLE
Building systemic inclusion and equity in Halton.
ABOUT US
The Halton Equity and Diversity Roundtable (HEDR) is a community collective of organizations, institutions, groups, businesses, and individual community members that is committed to building systemic inclusion and equity in Halton.
The role of this Roundtable will be to move us forward as a community, to identify and celebrate our strengths as well as to facilitate the discussion in those areas that need work. Diversity is a real strength in our community, and we need to learn to work together effectively to make sure each member of the community is able to contribute the best of their talents and energy to make Halton a community where everyone wants to live, work, and play.
ORGANIZATION SELF-ASSESSMENT TOOL
The Halton Equity and Diversity Roundtable (HEDR) is pleased to offer an Organizational Self-Assessment Tool for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion for organizations, groups and businesses in Halton to increase the capacity to be inclusive and equitable in all forms of human diversity, as well as to enhance practices, policies and services.
