This highly interactive workshop uses the principles of improvisation to help leaders strengthen their inclusive leadership skills in real time. Through guided improv exercises, participants will explore how presence, active listening, adaptability, and trust-building are essential to creating inclusive environments where diverse perspectives can thrive.
Grounded in the core improv concept of “Yes, And,” the session invites leaders to move beyond rigid thinking and practice responding with openness and curiosity—especially in moments of uncertainty or tension. Participants will engage in a series of low-pressure, facilitated activities designed to surface common leadership habits, challenge assumptions, and build confidence in navigating complex interpersonal dynamics.
