About the event

In this 90-minute workshop, participants will learn practical strategies to   build a more interconnected and inclusive work place and community culture.   By engaging more meaningfully across difference, we can reduce conflict and   foster a greater sense of solidarity across diverse perspectives. By   integrating conflict transformation principles and understanding how to   better navigate identity-based differences and power dynamics,   participants will gain tools to   navigate conflicts intentionally, prioritizing dignity, safety, and belonging   for all parties.  

Learning Objectives:

  • Interconnectedness and Inclusivity: Participants will learn practical   strategies to build a more interconnected and inclusive workplace and   community culture, promoting collaboration and understanding among diverse   groups.
  • Meaningful Engagement across Difference: Participants will explore how   engaging more meaningfully across differences can reduce conflict and enhance   solidarity, fostering a more harmonious environment.
  • Conflict Navigation and Transformation: By integrating conflict   transformation principles, participants will gain tools to navigate conflicts   intentionally, prioritizing dignity, safety, and belonging for all parties   involved, particularly in contexts of identity-based differences and power   dynamics.
