We are inviting nonprofit and community organizations to be part of an unforgettable evening celebrating 2SLGBTQ+ art, culture, and community.

 

This is not a traditional information booth opportunity. We are looking for interactive, creative, and engaging activations that invite guests to participate, reflect, and connect with your organization in meaningful ways.

• Date: June 19, 2026

• Location: Art Gallery of Burlington

• Set-Up: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Activation Hours: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Strike (Tear-Down): 11:00 PM

 

What We’re Looking For

 

We want to create an immersive experience for our 750 guests. Your activation should:

• Invite participation (hands-on, interactive, or experiential)

• Spark conversation or reflection

• Align with the celebration of 2SLGBTQ+ identities, creativity, and community

• Be visually engaging and welcoming

 

Think beyond pamphlets, consider art-making, storytelling, games, performances, installations, or creative prompts.

 

Examples of Activations

• Collaborative art pieces (murals, weaving, message boards)

• Interactive storytelling or “share your story” booths

• Mini-workshops or guided activities

• Photo or video experiences

• Games or challenges tied to your mission

• Sensory or immersive installations
