Join us for a powerful and inspiring HEDR Membership Event featuring special guests from SASOD Guyana. As leaders in human rights advocacy in the Caribbean, SASOD is partnering with HEDR on a groundbreaking Knowledge Translation and Exchange (KTE) project to bring HEDR’s DEI Foundations program to Guyana.

This event will explore how intersectionality—at the heart of HEDR’s 2025 theme—shapes equity work across borders. Through stories, reflections, and dialogue, we will examine how identities, systems of power, and community advocacy interact in different cultural and political contexts. Learn how the DEI Foundations training is being adapted and evaluated by the University of Guyana to meet the needs of sectors where equity work is still emerging.
