FINANCE COMMITTEE
The HEDR Finance Committee provides financial oversight and guidance to support the organization’s long-term sustainability and accountability. The committee reviews budgets, financial reports, policies, internal controls, risk management, and annual financial statements, and provides recommendations to the Board of Directors on key financial matters.

FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE
The HEDR Fundraising Committee supports the organization’s long-term financial sustainability by developing and advancing diverse revenue opportunities. The committee focuses on traditional fundraising, sponsorships and philanthropic partnerships, social enterprise development, and strengthening HEDR’s membership model.

GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE
The HEDR Governance Committee supports strong, effective, and accountable governance across the organization. The committee provides guidance on Board development, policies, bylaws, Board recruitment and succession planning, skills and competencies, committee structures, and ongoing governance practices to ensure HEDR is well positioned to advance its mission and serve the Halton community.
