SHIP | Reflection & Ethical Storytelling Program

Frontline staff experience powerful moments of impact every day, moments when trust is built, safety is created, and lives begin to shift. However, in fast-paced human service environments, there are few structured opportunities for staff to pause, reflect on these experiences, and recognize the significance of their work. This learning program is designed to help staff identify meaningful moments in their work, reflect on them thoughtfully, understand how to share stories responsibly, and celebrate the impact happening across the organization. Through a combination of a self-guided learning module and interactive workshops, participants will develop practical skills for reflection, ethical storytelling, and recognizing the value of their contributions. Learning Objectives Participants will learn to: • Identify impactful moments that occur in their daily work • Reflect safely and thoughtfully on those experiences • Distinguish what information can be shared and what must remain confidential • Take pride in and celebrate the incredible work happening throughout your organization
