Leading Through Influence

Leadership doesn’t always come with a title or formal authority. Leading Through Influence is a full-day, interactive workshop designed to help participants understand how they can create change, advocate for themselves and others, and communicate with greater clarity and impact, regardless of their role or position.

The day begins with the foundations of advocacy and self-advocacy, exploring what it means to use your voice, navigate systems, identify opportunities for change, and effectively advocate for yourself, your team, and your community.

Participants will then explore their Sphere of Control and Sphere of Influence, learning how to distinguish between what they can control, what they can influence, and what is outside their reach. Through practical activities, participants will develop strategies to focus their energy where they can have the greatest impact.
