Join us on June 2 for a meaningful community gathering featuring the Flag Raising Ceremony and the Moccasin Identifier Project installation. This event offers an opportunity to come together in reflection, learning, and solidarity as we recognize the importance of Indigenous visibility, reconciliation, and community connection.
The Moccasin Identifier Project serves as a powerful visual reminder of the children who never returned home from residential schools, while also honouring Indigenous resilience, culture, and ongoing truth-telling efforts.
Following the ceremony, guests are invited to stay for light refreshments and community connection.
