À propos de l'événement
In this creative and restorative workshop, participants will explore the calming practice of mandala art while creating their own unique piece on an 8” x 8” canvas. Using mixed media such as acrylic paints, crayons, oil pastels, and coloured pencils, participants will experiment with colour, pattern, and symmetry to design a mandala that reflects their personal creativity.
Mandala art has long been used as a mindful practice to promote relaxation, focus, and stress relief. Through this guided session, participants will learn the basic principles of mandala design and will be provided with sample patterns to help spark inspiration. The process encourages participants to slow down, engage in creative expression, and experience the therapeutic benefits of art-making.
No prior artistic experience is required—just a willingness to explore, create, and enjoy the calming process of making art. All materials will be provided.
