關於本活動
This interactive session explores how organizations and leaders can build the capacity to influence and sustain meaningful systems change. Participants will deepen their understanding of what systems change means in the context of equity, diversity, and inclusion, and learn practical strategies to strengthen individual, organizational, and collaborative capacity. Through facilitated discussion, reflection, and actionable tools — including assessment frameworks, power mapping, and equity-centered design approaches — participants will identify concrete steps to shift structures, mindsets, and relationships that create more inclusive and equitable outcomes. By the end of the session, attendees will leave with practical insights and resources to advance systems-level change within their own organizations and communities.
Learning Outcomes:
Define systems change and its relevance to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Identify key capacities needed to advance and sustain systems-level impact.
Reflect on current organizational strengths and gaps in capacity.
Apply practical tools and strategies to strengthen systems change efforts.
