Taking ReconciliACTION

This session will give a brief overview of the history of residential schools in Canada and how it relates to the current state of Indigenous relations. Joel will share why the inclusion of Indigenous Peoples is more than just diversity, it’s reconciliation. He will also discuss how to respectfully engage with Indigenous communities, and how to take reconciliACTION in your school, community, or workplace.
