DEI Foundations for Emerging Leaders

Are you ready to build a more inclusive community and workplace? The DEI Foundations program equips emerging leaders with the knowledge and skills to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into their leadership approach. This interactive four-week program blends self-paced online learning with live facilitated discussions, allowing you to put key DEI concepts into action.​​

The course includes six online modules that cover the foundations of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). These modules are accessible online for one year, allowing participants to revisit the material at their own pace for continued reference. 

The program offers live classroom-style facilitation to enhance the learning experience. These interactive sessions allow participants to engage with instructors and peers, ask questions, and apply DEIB principles in real-time scenarios.
