Workshop Duration: 90 Minutes Workshop Overview: This interactive workshop explores the concepts of power, privilege, and influence in professional and personal contexts. Participants will learn how different types of power shape their ability to effect change and develop strategies for leveraging their influence effectively. Through discussions, exercises, and the Power Grid Framework, attendees will gain insights into their sphere of control and influence, helping them navigate their roles more strategically. Learning Objectives: By the end of the workshop, participants will: 1. Define power and privilege and understand their impact on influence. 2. Identify the five types of power: positional, personal, connection, expert, and structural. 3. Apply the Power Grid Framework to assess their own influence and authority. 4. Differentiate between the sphere of control and the sphere of influence. 5. Engage in discussions and exercises to develop practical applications of concepts.
