Setting the Container for Equity Work

In this session we’ll work together to explore what pre-conditions are necessary to create the inclusive future and cultures we all long for and deserve in our communities and organizations.

Tending to the “how we work together question” is almost as important, if not more important, than the goal we’re working towards, and a strong container setting practice is a critical ingredient for creating strong conditions for change. We’ll play with the analogy of cooking a good stew, soup, or curry and engage in a blend of personal reflection, small group discussions, and a large group circle space.
