Over het evenement
Many organizations in the Halton region don’t have an equity problem—they have a systems problem. The intention is real, and the commitment is genuine. Yet, translating that commitment into consistent, measurable hiring practices, equitable performance frameworks, and inclusive leadership cultures often proves challenging. Too many organizations stall at the starting line, unsure how to move from intention to meaningful action.
This interactive session offers a practical, community-tested framework for embedding equity into your organization’s operational DNA—without the need for an enterprise budget or a dedicated EDIA team. Leveraging over a decade of hands-on experience building inclusive talent systems at Shopify, Wealthsimple, Faire, and within the healthcare sector, Banjo will lead participants through a live Equity Systems Diagnostic to reveal hidden gaps between policy and practice.
Participants will leave with a personalized action map, a practical toolkit, and the confidence to lead sustainable change within their organizations. Grounded in the realities…
