Circle of Trust

Equity work is all about making people proximate to the pain of others (Dr. Jeff Duncan Andrade). Humanizing this work is the most affective approach organizations can take in order to shift from sympathy to empathy. New language, new best practice, and new  conversation will  allow participants to tackle status quo in our personal and professional lives.

Using an interactive approach with zero, absolutely zero data will provide the platform for meaningful dialogue. This session entitled "Circle of Trust" will allow participants to drop the metrics pursuit of perfection and shift to story telling and active allyship with regards to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, Anti racism (IDEAA)  This human centered approach will model Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) from a trauma informed lens. More than a workshop or keynote address, this will be a collective experience.
